If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy:

• 60 days or more prior to the event: 100% credit to be used for future events, not membership
• 59 – 30 days prior to the event: 50% credit to be used for future events, not membership
• 29 days prior to the event: NO CREDIT, unless there are last minute bookings.
• If you cancel the event and are eligible for an event credit, the credit will expire 12 months after the purchase date.
