Starting with the BRRRR method, she swiftly diversified into flips, short-term rentals, joint ventures, and passive investments, amassing 57 long-term rentals and 15 short-term rentals within two years. Leveraging innovative financing strategies, including hard money loans, equity from BRRRRs, and self-directed IRAs, Lindsay's portfolio spans multiple states, showcasing her talent for building effective teams and achieving success in diverse markets. Lindsay's commitment to empowering women financially led her to establish The Millionaire’s March coaching program.
